Buying Tickets Safely

At Lighthouse Theatre, we love bringing people together for remarkable experiences, so it's important to be confident that you're getting what you've paid for when it comes to your tickets.

PERFORMANCES:

For all performances at the Lighthouse Theatre, the only authorised seller is our box office. Call us on 5559 4999, pop in or buy via our website. This way you won't end up paying more than face value, or being ripped off.

EVENTS:

Some events at the Lighthouse Theatre are ticketed via our box office, and some may provide their own ticketing. Please ensure you access all event ticketing via our website to make sure you're in the right place.

Avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third party websites that sell secondary (or second-hand) tickets, as there's no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry at the venue. Tickets purchased from unauthorised third party websites may be cancelled without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed, Lighthouse Theatre can only provide information relating to a ticket purchased through its box office (including the validity of a ticket) to the account holder and/or credit card holder of the booking.

Lighthouse Theatre Covid-19 Update

 

All performances at the Lighthouse Theatre until April 30 have been suspended, due to the restrictions on gatherings.

Management is working with producers to reschedule performances where possible.

All ticket holders to postponed or cancelled events will be contacted.

In accordance with the Ticketing Code of Practice, refunds will be made where a performance is cancelled or if a ticket holder cannot attend the new performance date.

The suspension of performances will be reviewed as Government advice is updated. The Box Office remains closed to in-person transactions until 30th April as well, however we are available by phone during our regular business hours.
