Not all seats may be available for sale on particular events.


Holders of a Pensioner Health Care or Carers Card are eligible for reduced ticket prices for 2019 Theatre Season shows.

Special Requirements

Lighthouse Theatre offers lift access and wheelchair seating to make your theatre experience even more enjoyable.

Whether you need wheelchair access, an aisle seat or are visually impaired, our staff will do their best to ensure your needs are accommodated and you have the most appropriate seats available. Please let us know of your needs when purchasing tickets.

Hearing Loop

To assist patrons with impaired hearing, up to 80% of seats in both theatres can access hearing loop. Please advise staff when booking.

Electronic Devices

Please consider your fellow patrons and the performers on stage by ensuring your electronic devices are switched off prior to the performance.

Recording Devices

Due to copyright restrictions, the use of still and video cameras, mobile phones and other recording devices is not permitted during performances.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9.30am - 4.30pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 12.30pm - 4.30pm
And 1 hour prior to performances

Ticketing Disclaimer

Lighthouse Theatre are the only authorised seller of tickets for performances and events being held at the venue. Please be aware that the Lighthouse Theatre has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. If you attend an Event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo, Ticketbis, Queen of Tickets, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or otherwise, you may be refused entry to the Event.  

Lighthouse Theatre Covid-19 Update


All performances at the Lighthouse Theatre until April 30 have been suspended, due to the restrictions on gatherings.

Management is working with producers to reschedule performances where possible.

All ticket holders to postponed or cancelled events will be contacted.

In accordance with the Ticketing Code of Practice, refunds will be made where a performance is cancelled or if a ticket holder cannot attend the new performance date.

The suspension of performances will be reviewed as Government advice is updated. The Box Office remains closed to in-person transactions until 30th April as well, however we are available by phone during our regular business hours.
