Parking Information

A variety of parking is available around the Lighthouse Theatre.


On-street parking is available on the streets surrounding the theatre, including Liebig St, Timor Street, Gillies Street, Merri Street and Cannon Hill. Most of this parking has time limits, so please ensure the time is sufficient for the length of the show you are attending. Some of this parking is metered so ensure you check the parking signs and meters for more information.


There are a number of different off-street parking options within 5 minutes walk of the theatre, including the:

  1. Art Gallery Carpark
  2. Ozone Carpark
  3. Cramond Dickson Carpark

All these parks have a variety of time limits and meters. Please read the signs in the carpark for further information.

Disabled Carparking:

Accessible carparking is available directly outside the theatre between 6.30pm and 10.30pm every night, within part of the loading zone on Timor Street. Please take note of the signs designating which part of the zone is available for accessible parking.
Further accessible parks may be available around the theatre within the on-street parking. More information about accessible parking is available in the CBD Mobility Map (see downloads on right hand side of this page)

Lighthouse Theatre Covid-19 Update


All performances at the Lighthouse Theatre until April 30 have been suspended, due to the restrictions on gatherings.

Management is working with producers to reschedule performances where possible.

All ticket holders to postponed or cancelled events will be contacted.

In accordance with the Ticketing Code of Practice, refunds will be made where a performance is cancelled or if a ticket holder cannot attend the new performance date.

The suspension of performances will be reviewed as Government advice is updated. The Box Office remains closed to in-person transactions until 30th April as well, however we are available by phone during our regular business hours.
