Christine Harris & HIT Productions presents

WALLFLOWERING

Thursday, July 30, 2020 - 7:30pm
Lighthouse Theatre
Approximate Duration:
90 minutes, no interval

Wallflowering, by award-winning Australian playwright Peta Murray,
is a delightfully amusing and poignant play about the nature of
marriage, the pursuit of happiness and the perfect foxtrot!

Wallflowering traces the uncertain steps of Cliff and Peg Small, an ordinary couple, as they attempt to save their marriage. One time prize-winning ballroom dancers, they now find themselves out of step with each other, and with the changing values of the world around them. A great comedy that, in a swish of a taffeta skirt and slide of patent shoes across the floor, will take you on a journey of a glorious and romantic vision of our champions who are perfectly synchronised, beautiful and extraordinary people.

Warnings: Haze may be used during this performance
